**About the Role**:

The Chief Product Officer will oversee T.C Boxes product strategy and develop the product roadmap in consultation with the Executive Management Team. The role will involve delivering new products in line with the roadmap, monitoring product performance, managing & developing supplier relationships and regularly reviewing the product portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive market research to ensure T.C BOXES products maintain high 'product to market fit' and highlight any opportunities for new products
- Develop and implement the product strategy, including a detailed product roadmap
- Design, develop, and source new products per the product roadmap
- Deliver in-depth product prototype presentations to executive management and the board
- Negotiate product pricing and other supply terms (quantity, credit terms, exclusivity) with the preferred supplier (Subject to approval of the product prototype)
- Work with T.C Boxes CEO and Management team to facilitate the seamless introduction of the product into the product range
- Review post-implementation performance of new products to ensure profitability and long term fit for the business
- Liaise with suppliers in consultation with COO to optimise product ordering and production scheduling to meet expected demand
- Consider opportunities to improve product quality through redesign or Quality Control measures
- Create technical documents for publishing on multiple platforms
- Ensure products comply with all applicable standards, regulations, and laws of each state as well as federal law
- Ensure new products do not infringe upon any patent rights
- Create each product within T.C BOXES' ERP system
- Maintain product information within T.C BOXES' ERP system
- Provide new product training for each department
- Regularly review the entire portfolio to consider underperforming product lines, opportunities to improve performance or consideration of end of life
- Assist with customer enquiries about a product's technical nature

**About You**:

- You have sound knowledge of the product development life cycle, accompanied by extensive experience in a similar role
- You have excellent communication skills and consider yourself a great negotiator
- You are highly organised and process-driven
- You are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business
- You have initiative and pay attention to the details
- Experience with NetSuite is highly regarded but not essential
