**Engagement Advisor, Ongoing, multiple locations will be considered such as Parramatta, Lithgow, Maitland, Gosford, Wollongong**

An exciting opportunity has become available for strong Engagement Advisors that are self-driven enthusiastic and innovative with stakeholder relationship management experience who are focused on delivering on optimal outcomes and building education and awareness of our tax product across industry and the NSW public. You will join the Taxes & Grants team within Revenue NSW.

You will identify opportunities to build industry and public trust in the organisation and provide advice to the Executive and senior leaders on how we can achieve optimal service delivery on education and engagement strategies.

Our division is responsible for tax and grants products. We undertake assessments, revenue collection, compliance activities, customer enquiry and customer and stakeholder education services. We encourage lodgement of due taxes and we detect underpayment and noncompliance through audits and investigations.

As part of the Taxes & Grants team, you will heavily contribute to internal and external education and engagement initiatives and are committed to serving the people of New South Wales by improving customer experience through knowledge and promoting our services with industry education activities and delivery of communications.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Experience in developing external communication and engagement strategies to raise knowledge and awareness and inform external stakeholders on relevant issues.
- Experience in developing content and educational material to present in large stakeholder and industry forums.
- The ability to use a range of channels, technology, and methods to support the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Attendance at some evening and weekend events may be required as well as some interstate travel._

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $99,431 base plus superannuation
