Join the Winnings Content Team and take charge of crafting, managing, and executing captivating product and brand content. In this role, you will be immersed in an array of products spanning various categories and brands within the Winnings portfolio, including Winning Appliances, Rogerseller, and Spence & Lyda.

As an integral part of the team, you will actively contribute to enhancing new products and ranges by creating compelling brand and range pages, while also devising effective strategies to effectively communicate the unique benefits of each product to our valued customers. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with supply partner marketing teams to acquire essential product and brand content.

- Ensure the digital content experience is consistently outstanding for our valued customers and Winnings Product Experts, exceeding their expectations.
- Articulate and maintain the distinctive Winnings tone of voice across diverse mediums, including product page content, blog posts, EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), and video content.
- Take charge of managing the website customer journey utilising backend PIM/CMS (Product Information Management/Content Management System) platforms.
- Act on content update requests received from suppliers and other business units to ensure online content remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and various cross-functional departments, ensuring effective collaboration and seamless execution.
- Thrive in a team-oriented culture by displaying motivation, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to delivering content of the highest quality, all while being customer-centric.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with mínimal direction, while also being adaptable to liaise and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with a Content Management System is highly regarded.
- A background in marketing, ecommerce or communications is highly regarded.
- Experience delivering targeted content and an insights-led approach to decision making and prioritisation.
- Great attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Experience in copywriting, creating and publishing content.
- Experience in image editing.
- Ability to identify and prioritise high, medium, low-value opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and a passion for using technology to improve work efficiency.
- Thrives on new challenges with a strong desire to learn new ways of working.

- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
