**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
**About the Role**

Seasons Waterford West community is looking for a friendly, well organised and experienced Administrator to support the team on a casual contract. No weekend work will be required. As Administrator you will provide valuable administrative assistance to the Community Manager to ensure smooth business operations and deliver a positive customer experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Provide quality frontline customer service representing Seasons in a positive and professional manner.
- Undertake all administrative activity adhering to current systems and procedures.
- Collect and disseminate incoming mail and deliveries.
- Post outgoing mail.
- Arrange maintenance and repair of office equipment as required.
- Input resident account payments daily, banking as required.
- Process invoices.
- Carry out purchasing as directed by the Community Manager.
- Ensure privacy, confidentiality and dignity of clients and staff.
- Maintain professional working relationships with clients.

**Top Skills**
- Previous experience in an administrative role with strong attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to organisational goals and customer service and a demonstrated capacity to project a positive image for Seasons through appropriate behaviour and attire.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Relevant qualification in Office administration or working towards a qualification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Community Care Common Standards and Residents Rights and Responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in providing confidential administrative support and maintaining appropriate administrative systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and work to timelines in a pressured and changing environment.
- Interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
- Empathy for and a desire to work with the aged.
- Flexibility with hours when workload demands.

**Requirements**:

- Current Police check
- Current First aid and CPR certificate
- Covid-19 vaccine evidence (mandatory)
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
