Unique Auto Parts is a family-owned business importing new parts in the automotive sector. The company has been operating for over 25 years and continues to grow and expand. It is due to expansion this newly created role has become available.
This multifaceted role encompasses all aspects of stock control including management of inventory both in our warehouses and online. This position will also include answering phones/helping with inquiries during busy times and working with management on AD Hoc projects as needed.
Overseeing the management of inventory within the warehouse involves;
- Maintain stock levels of other warehouses, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Manage local inventory, including placing orders to replenish stock, receipt in process and confirm process orders
- Maintain and keep stock levels accurate on computer system including dealing with discrepancies and surplus
- Liaising with warehouse employees and other staff members
- Report to upper management about stock levels, issues ect.
Online inventory will include;
- Taking photos of existing/new products
- Uploading photos and descriptions to website
- General data entry
