**Coffey Ford is looking for a Fixed-Term Receptionist to join our friendly team in Dandenong.**

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who understands the importance of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our highly valued customers, either in person or over the phone. This exciting position goes beyond the role of Receptionist / Concierge as it requires you to give service beyond expectations to all our valued customers.

**About the role**:
**This is a FIXED TERM 6 months role.**
- Handling daily inbound calls and redirecting calls to relevant individual/department
- Co-ordinate service and test drive bookings for customers
- Providing showroom support for the vehicle sales team and help provide a concierge function for all visitors.
- Act as the key liaison with our regular suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Regular scanning and filing of service-related documentation for audit purposes.
- General site administration support as required.

**Do you have?**
- A high level of "we before me" attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong IT skills
- A positive and dynamic customer centric orientation and the ability to multitask.
- High standards of personal grooming
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- A current Australian driver's license
