We offer vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.We are currently experiencing significant growth in the remote sector, particularly throughout the Central West region of NSW.
Having recently been awarded a new project servicing Dubbo and Dunedoo regions, we are looking for experienced Health and Wellbeing Coordinators to join our team during this exciting stage.
Our Tastelife program, recognized worldwide, links elements of healthy eating, education, exercise, and lifestyle activities to provide a holistic approach to ensure residents' mental and physical wellbeing.Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a 14:7 roster, with 10-hour days.
These roles are fly-in, fly-out from Sydney to Dubbo airport.
Accommodation and meals are provided.
The Position Plan and deliver engaging social events on siteConduct group fitness activities and classes for residentsImplement and coordinate company-wide health initiativesMonitor and maintain sporting, leisure, and recreational activities and facilities on siteConduct health assessments and gym inductions for residentsProvide educational seminars as requiredEnsure communication and reporting processes are followed The Person A Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation, or a health-related degree is essentialMinimum 12 months experience in a similar environmentCurrent first aid and CPR certificates are mandatoryAustralian manual driver's licenseEvents and community engagement experience is highly desirableYoga, Pilates, or Breath Work qualifications/certificates are highly desirablePassion for physical and mental health and fitnessExperience conducting group fitness activities and classesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with technical aspects of gym and recreation facilitiesHigh engagement focus with clients and village residentsExperience in event coordinationBackground in health promotion The Benefits You will have access to the support, infrastructure, systems, and processes expected from a global organization.
