Overview
Join a passionate, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and services to members across a global network. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll help coordinate engaging events, support member networks, and deliver tailored resources that add real value; no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including networking functions, webinars, workshops, and conferences
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and attendee engagement
Provide personalised member support and contribute to member retention strategies
Support the member volunteer network and coordinate the delivery of localised content
Collaborate closely with a team of event professionals to deliver high-quality member experiences
Draft engaging communications such as emails, agendas, and minutes
Contribute to the improvement of services through feedback collection and reporting
Uphold professional service standards while building strong, long-term relationships with members
Qualifications
Proven experience in end-to-end event coordination and delivery
Understanding of or experience working within membership-based organisations
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships across diverse member groups
Professional communication skills both written and face-to-face
Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
Qualification in Events, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
