**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Finance team at our **Port Kembla** Manufacturing facility as a **Procurement Manager** due to an internal career move Not only have we been growing but we've also got numerous projects happening right across our businesses, especially in our Manufacturing business.

You'll have the opportunity to lead an engaged and high-performing team located across our Port Kembla NSW and Hastings VIC manufacturing sites. Have ownership in developing and implementing the procurement strategy across a portfolio of varied goods and services - from consumables like equipment and oils, through to services like labour, your portfolio will be varied and critical in an environment of continuous manufacturing operations.

**What Will You Do?**

You won't achieve all this on your own. Working closely with a diverse range of internal teams and external suppliers, you will:

- ** provide insights and advice**:deliver market and supplier performance intelligence, analysis and recommendations for business decision-making
- ** undertake requirements gathering**:coordinate internal and external stakeholder requirements to achieve suitable and continuous supply solutions
- ** contribute to business improvement**:be involved in or lead continuous improvement and capital investment projects

An experienced procurement professional and leader, you enjoy working with a variety of people and using your relationship management skills to navigate different stakeholder expectations.

You will bring:

- tertiary qualification in a relevant business-related field
- passion and experience leading a high-performance team in sourcing and procurement for a broad portfolio of goods and services
- significant experience leading contracts and supplier negotiations
- strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- demonstrated analytical skills and a proven ability to make decisions with consideration of business commercial interests
