They are seeking reliable and hardworking Trades Assistant (T/A) Labourers to support their tradespeople on various job sites.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are prepared, and will assist in general labour duties, preparation, and clean-up activities.Key Responsibilities:Assist tradesperson on-site with day-to-day tasksPrepare and set up all required tools, materials, and equipment for the jobFill, maintain, and clean blasting equipment as neededShadow tradesperson to provide hands-on support as neededPerform sanding and spotting work as part of surface preparationMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety protocols and site proceduresRequirements:Previous experience in a construction or industrial environment preferredWhite cardAbility to follow instructions and work closely with a teamPhysically fit and capable of manual labourStrong work ethic and willingness to learnBasic knowledge of tools and materials used in the tradeCommitment to workplace health and safety standardsExperience with industrial coatings or abrasive blasting (desirable)If this sounds like the role you've been looking for Apply Now.Aboriginal and Torres Strait identified candidates are encouraged to apply.ManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
