Job Title: Branch Manager Western Australia
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Branch Manager at our Western Australian branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team, and driving business growth.
About the Role:
Manage a small team of sales and production staff to achieve high professional standards.
Oversee and lead the activities and performance of the sales and production team.
Develop, manage, and maintain team KPIs.
Strategically foster customer engagement.
Develop monthly and annual revenue and sales targets.
Implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key target markets.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service.
Requirements:
Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor your team.
Excellent listening, understanding, and responsiveness skills.
Willingness to be coached and mentored by senior management.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and within all departments of the organization.
