Warehouse Planner

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be a vital team member and you will ensure safe and cost-effective delivery of stores services for field support activities to the Royal Military College Duntroon. This is a client facing role, you must have strong organisational and communication skills, you will oversee the delivery of services by deployed staff, you will plan and coordinate stores support to field activities.
- Perm role, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (hybrid options considered after training completion)
- Royal Military College Duntroon location
- Training provided

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Direct engagement with RMC including Field Planning staff
- Internal Ventia Service Delivery Planning
- Coordinating, administering and Rostering Field Support Staff
- Field communications and activity reporting
- Monitoring Service Delivery through the full 'service delivery cycle'
- Problem and variation of requirements resolution
- Cost monitoring and reporting
- Tracking of equipment required for deployed activities

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in event management or project administration - advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- A team player who works well with others
- Intermediate - advanced computer skills

**_Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore must be an Australian Citizen_**

We proudly provide clothing and personal equipment services to the Australian Defence Force. We manage and operate Defence base clothing stores at 28 sites nationally, delivering over the counter sales; combat uniforms and equipment; specialist kitting activities; tailoring services; manufacture of name tags; court mounting of medals, miniatures, and ribbon bars.
