**The role and Responsibilities required for the position include the following**:
An 18-Year-Old Male living within the family home at Jimboomba will require assistance with the following:

- **Epilepsy and Seizure Management (Experience Highly Regarded)**:

- Personal Care Routines - including Bathing and Continence Aid Changes
- Meal Preparation (following a supplied detailed diet plan)
- Accessing the Community
- Medication Administration
- Morning assistance before School and After School care shifts a priority

You will need to have the following minimum requirements to be considered for this Contract Support Worker role.
- **NDIS Worker Orientation Module**:

- **First Aid Certificate with current CPR yearly update**:

- **Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance**:

- **NDIS Workers Screening Card (or in the process of obtaining)**:

- **Active ABN**:

- **Smart Phone or Similar Device**:

- **Personal Vehicle & Comprehensive Insurance**:

- **Experience working within the Disability Sector**:

- **Experience working as a Sole Trader/Contractor**

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $40.59 - $47.79 per hour

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Independent Disability Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
