">- Create and deliver on-the-job training and coaching sessions in line with ART frameworks for various modes, focusing on engaging and positive learning experiences.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles that adhere to best practices, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Identify knowledge gaps and devise solutions to address them effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned training and knowledge management initiatives with divisional strategy and objectives.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to enhance customer experiences and embed newly acquired skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring others to do the same.
- Experience in delivering training and workplace coaching programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the capacity to adapt communication to diverse audiences.
- Maintains high performance and quality benchmarks for others to follow.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant financial and superannuation legislation, regulations, and policies, with experience in the superannuation, insurance, or finance industry.
- Strong computer literacy and experience in using collaborative platforms.
