An exciting opportunity exists for a full time **First Aid Officer** at our Longford Plant. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful individual should be prepared to show leadership qualities and provide support across the business to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

**The role's responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Performing first aid.
- Recording applied first aid into the computer data base.
- Keeping the first aid room hygienically clean.
- Notify stakeholders daily of First Aid visits
- Responding to emergency requirements.
- Complete relevant injury investigation forms.
- Maintain sufficient first aid supplies and order in conjunction with procurement officer any short falls in stocks.
- Online notification to insurer
- Managing Work Healthy Australia (WHA) appointments onsite.
- Recording of pre-employment medical and other employment documents.
- Other duties required to support HR

**About you**:

- First aid certificate
- Demonstrate integrity and professional attitude to work
- Good communication skills on all levels are _essential._
- Reliable, respectful and punctual
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge
- A strong focus on Safety for all team members
- A commitment to personal learning and development.
