We deliver engaging, compliant and practical training to a wide range of industries, from schools and construction sites to aged care and government.With over 20 training locations across Greater Melbourne and Victoria, we are known for our personalised support, reliable systems, and hands-on approach.Who We're Looking ForWe're currently seekingFirst Aid TrainersandLVR Trainerswho are:Confident, professional, and dynamic in the training roomCommitted to industry standards and learner outcomesAble to adapt training to suit various learner groupsInterested in flexible contract-based workYour RoleAs a trainer with Emergency First Aid, you'll be responsible for:Planning, delivering, and assessing accredited courses in line with our training standardsProviding a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentMaintaining training equipment and resourcesAttending staff development sessionsWhat you'll need (mandatory)Certificate IV in Training and Assessment(TAE40110 or TAE40116 or TAE40122) or a higher education qualification in adult learningFor LVR Trainers:UET30621 – Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead or a relevant electrical qualification (e.g. UEE30820 – Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician) and demonstrate current industry experience in live low voltage rescue.For First Aid Trainers: A qualification inFirst Aid, Paramedicine, Nursing, or a related fieldRecent industry experience related to the training being deliveredA validWorking With Children CheckWorking knowledge of compliance in an RTO environmentAdditional RequirementsAcurrent driver's licenceYour ownreliable vehicleStrong communication and time management skillsPosition DetailsJob Type:Contract (ABN required)/CasualSelf-equipped or training materials and assessment tools providedFlexible scheduling – ideal for those already working in the fieldSupport from an experienced RTO teamReady to Deliver Life-Saving Skills?
