Yep, you are reading this correctly. Another exclusive role with Elliott Gray This time we are helping our friends in the education sector in the search of their new superstar employee specialising in Programs and Policy.

But we're not just looking for any Program Manager. We need a trailblazer, someone who can drive change and push the boundaries of what's possible. You'll be a master of organization, planning calendars and schedules in advance, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. You'll be an expert in administration, event coordination, and budget management, using your skills to optimize efficiency and productivity.

You'll be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and providing regular project status updates to executive leadership.

You will need to have excellent written, communication and people skills as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners. This will include extracting data and preparing reports for the leadership team and government agencies so previous experience is a must.

Most importantly - Having a strategic approach is imperative to this position as you will be planning programs like a perfectly played game of chess to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
