Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our international programs and operations.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with global stakeholders, drive process improvements, and support management of international offices and programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, administrative, and financial management skills, strong program/project management experience, high-level written and oral communication skills, well-developed interpersonal and liaison skills, and experience using project management and record-keeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL OFFICES AND PROGRAMS
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • PREPARE CONTRACTS, TENDERS, FUNDING AGREEMENTS, AND FINANCIAL REPORTING
  • PLAN AND COORDINATE LOGISTICS FOR HIGH-LEVEL VISITS
  • ORGANISE MEETINGS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT
  • PREPARE BRIEFING MATERIALS, REPORTS, AND CORRESPONDENCE
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE PROGRAM PROCESSES AND DATA COLLECTION

  • EXCELLENT ORGANISATIONAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • STRONG PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH A FOCUS ON CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • HIGH-LEVEL WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • WELL-DEVELOPED INTERPERSONAL AND LIAISON SKILLS
  • EXPERIENCE USING PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND RECORD-KEEPING SYSTEMS
