The Opportunity :
As a Retail Assistant at Sephora, you will be our Beauty Advisor; you are fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves.
You will work across all departments, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
You will receive onboarding training and continuous learning through our online platform and field trainers to help customers discover Sephora's offerings.

Are keen on observing new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Want to help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves.
Are open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands to share with and learn from your team of Beauty Advisors.
Are willing to participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert sessions to continuously learn and explore.
Have a passion for sharing your knowledge with your team and customers.
Have previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing environments, with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships.
Please note that each store has individual needs.
Our busiest days are Thursday to Sunday, so the ideal candidate will be available for 3 full days, including late nights and weekends.
