We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required.
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors.
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for the property
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Hourly Award Rate**:

- Monday-Friday: $26.70
- Saturday: $33.38
- Sunday: $40.05

**Qualifications** Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong time management skills
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal and communications
