OverviewRydges Resort Hunter Valley is part of EVT, and we are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the Director of Food & Beverage with the daily operations of our $20 million F&B Department in the Hunter Valley wine region.
This hands-on role leads the day-to-day operations of all hotel F&B outlets to meet EVT quality, guest and employee standards, and departmental revenue and profit goals.
You will build, motivate and lead a high-performing team to deliver results and a memorable guest experience.Located in the heart of Australia's premier wine region, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is a vibrant 418-room resort and a destination for leisure, conferences and events.
The resort features three distinct F&B outlets: Gather Restaurant (breakfast buffet and evening dining), Vista Bar (lobby bar with cocktails and snacks), and Lovedale Bar + Grill (pizzas, steaks and more).
It is NSW's largest regional Conference and Events Centre with capacity for up to 1,100 attendees across 15 meeting rooms.
