The Training Advisor is responsible for delivering the core curriculum and instructional training to front line colleagues within Group L&D Operations Delivery portfolio.
The position will improve and maintain training material manuals to ensure the highest quality of information is presented and meets regulatory requirements.
Also responsible for identifying training requirements, recommend training solutions and course structure outlines as part of Group Learning & Development and in collaboration with the business units.
You'll have:Certificate IV in Workplace Training/related discipline (TAE10); or working towards (desirable)2-5 years Airside Ramp Operations on Mainline and QantasLink Aircraft experience as a minimumExperience in delivery of training programs within a highly regulated service environmentContribute to the ongoing improvement of the Training & Development function through adhering to the quality framework and actively participating in process improvement initiativesProven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet structured time constraints where work is allocated from multiple stakeholdersComputer literacy and proficiency in company approved software and applications including Excel and PowerPointSupport outsourced training to ensure content and trainers are aligned with Qantas' quality standards Ability to maintain and report accurate employee training records using a Learning Management System (LMS)Proven ability to motivate, develop and lead a team, to include supervising the work of othersStrong interpersonal skills and confident, professional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead the day of operations and provide support and assistance to Learning Managers and participants for an exceptional learning experienceWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to deliver trainingWhy Qantas?
