**About The Opportunity**
As our Technical Specialist, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CBD, you will play a vital support role for customers of our data management solution, Micromine Geobank. Being at the forefront of client interactions, your work will solidify customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Principal Consultant (Micromine Geobank), your key responsibilities will include:

- Scoping, configuring, and deploying Micromine Geobank for customers.
- Conducting training with clients and in-house staff (in-person and online).
- Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised and resolved.
- BETA testing new versions and products to check improved functionality.
- Supporting the Sales team during technical demonstrations, trade shows, and other events.

**About You**
You will be an experienced database administrator, who has either worked with geological data, or has a background in mining.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in the earth sciences, engineering, IT, or data science.
- Database administration expertise, including exposure to working with multiple data formats.
- SQL proficiency.
