This Melbourne-based engineering consultancy is ready to take its next leap. With a strong team of passionate water and environmental engineers already delivering integrated work across IWM, WSUD, stormwater harvesting, sustainability, and flooding, the foundations are strong.

a leader
: someone who can bring these threads together, shape large and complex projects (some IWM, others not) and guide clients - and the internal team - toward better outcomes.
What you\'ll be doing
End to end, integrated water management projects, with councils, with developers, with state gov.
Strategic stormwater management plans for local councils
Facilitating
other projects that live at the intersection of IWM, stormwater and flood management, sustainability, planning and urban greening.
Engaging
with councils, developers, authorities and other consultants to unpick complex challenges
Leading
the modest evolution of a water team by energy, example and quiet conviction.
Seeking out new work and new project opportunities
What you bring
A technical foundation in water resources, flood modelling, IWM and urban stormwater.
A degree in civil or environmental engineering.
Deep understanding of how waterway health, flood risk and stormwater systems interlink
Strong facilitation experience
The ability to communicate complexity with clarity
Local, private sector experience in Melbourne (10-25 years' experience is ideal).
