Aquatic Services Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Aquatic Services Coordinator to join our team and lead the aquatics team at our Gunyama Park facility. The role involves managing and operating the swim school, leading a passionate and professional team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality swim programs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence. They will also have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment, demonstrated ability to lead a team, and values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership, and accountability.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and promoting aquatic programs in line with company standards
  • Developing and executing plans to maximise participation and engagement
  • Maintaining strong relationships with schools, local clubs, and other stakeholders
  • Managing budgets and preparing required reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence. You will also need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment, demonstrated ability to lead a team, and values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership, and accountability.

About the Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
  • Swim extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
