NSW Government Agency is looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team in Sydney CBD.**The Role**:

- Manage leasing, licensing, easement and title change requests, including shared/joint use agreements and miscellaneous property related requests.
- Reviewing the Sites Register to identify agreements that have expired and are approaching expiry, actioning renewals and any required agreement terminations.
- Managing Electricity easement requests including for Cooler Classrooms Program.
- Ensuring decisions protect Department's short
- and longer-term interests
- Actioning matters in compliance with Treasury Direction 469.01 and other Acts, Regulations and Policies relating to Government Asset Management.
- Responding to enquiries from Director, Property; Executive Director, Infrastructure Planning; Chief Executive SINSW, Minister's office, Stakeholders, and the public
- Complying with all processes identified in the Property Team Responsibility Allocation Model.
- Understanding NSW Government policies and directions relating to real estate transactions and government asset

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Property or Facilities Management and/or relevant discipline and/or relevant industry experience
- Experience in investigating and understanding of complex property issues
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
