**Main Responsibilities**:

- Update the program resource register and organisation charts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
- Distribute of team communications
- Develop and manage the annual and mid-year review timeline schedules, coordinate the delivery of tasks and ensure that member statements are issued in accordance with agreed timetables.
- Monitor the status of reviews in advance of deadlines and actively follow up items with all stakeholders to ensure targets are met and/or issues are resolved.
- Coordinate the updating and completion of statement template and Data Mapping and Business Rules documentation with Business Analyst
- Manage the liaison with the Mail House and the provision of data mapping and business rules documentation to facilitate their meeting programming and testing target dates.
- Manage and compile the IT Requirements Brief instructions for the Mail House in conjunction with the Business Analyst.
- Maintain strong working and collaborative relationships with the external Mail Houses, Operations, Client Partnership team and other key stakeholders to facilitate a team effort and achieve deadlines and quality outcomes.

**Required skills**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator supporting key projects in insurance/banking/financial services
- Experience supporting regulatory projects is highly desirable
- Experience in using SharePoint and/or Intranet, Excel, JIRA and Clarity is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Initiative and communication skills to work with the wider project team to resolve any problems identified with governance or administrative requirements.
