About the Role
Lead and manage Pathways Team services, including services of a complex nature.
Facilitate evidence-based practice of the interprofessional Pathways team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of service provision and discharge planning, through implementation and facilitation of quality initiatives, literature reviews, attendance at professional development activities and involvement in research and education.
Lead and support the delivery of clinical services in accordance with accepted professional practices, standards and principles including the legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
This role will incorporate a clinical consultancy role for Long Stay patients with high complexity.
