We are looking for a Junior Finished Artist to join our team. This role will sit within the Studio team of 7, and report to the Studio Manager.

As an integral member of our Studio, the Junior Finished Artists will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy learning industry standard skills from the best, all the while producing a wide variety of print, digital & 3D work to the highest standard.

**Agency life is never dull and each day is different. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Developing print ready artwork from creative scamps
- Creating error free artwork files for press ads, catalogues, retail POS items, retail environments, OOH (inc print & digital formats), short and long form copy documents
- Updating artwork with client amends through rounds of approvals
- Juggling workload to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Managing filing & job online systems
- Providing support to the creative & production teams

**To be considered for these roles you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills / attributes**:

- Basic user experience of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
- Willingness to use these programs to craft artwork from supplied design files
- Willingness to learn how to create print ready artwork plus gain an understanding of pre-press
- Ability to adjust quickly and think on your feet - You'll need to be sharp to keep up
- Methodical and organised approach: we work to fixed deadlines, so you will manage your time well and communicate conflicts or issues with the studio manager before deadlines hit
- Be a great team player: managers and colleagues are really supportive and there are no individual heroes. You will be genuinely likeable and collaborative
- Be focused on the little things: attention to detail is paramount, as is following process to make sure everything is delivered correctly and on time
- Good judgement, integrity, energy, and drive
