The Opportunity - Head of Project Management

You'll lead our project management team, working closely with key stakeholders and partners to ensure successful project implementation.

Your skills and experience will be invaluable in managing large-scale projects, building strong relationships, and driving collaboration across departments.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Inspire and deliver strategic products and thinking
  • Identify additional campaign deliverables to support the marketing team and grow YA capabilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for Marketing and Agency Village
  • Manage internal stakeholder and agency village relationships to achieve smooth and timely project delivery
  • Minimise risk and ensure all stakeholders are aware of potential delays or missed deadlines
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to refine processes and systems as needed
  • Direct the activities of the Project Management team and determine resource allocation

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Your ideal experience:

We're seeking someone with solid experience in putting together and managing large integrated campaign project plans and timelines, preferably at Senior Project Director Level.

Key qualifications include:

  • In-depth understanding of integrated production timings and processes
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Experience building alignment amongst many stakeholders to foster collaboration
