Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing and improving inventory controls, managing daily data integrity within the ERP and WMS, and driving improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all inventory control functions and systems across warehouses.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure system alignment between WMS and ERP (Infor).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, lead full stocktakes, and investigate stock variances.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Production to ensure inventory supports production schedules.
  • Own the Netstock system and support data hygiene in Infor, generating reports for key stakeholders.
  • Manage the RMA and inventory write-off processes, escalating when required.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, identify obsolete stock, and recommend process improvements.
  • Own Kanban maintenance by ensuring quantities are accurate, updates are actioned across departments, and all Kanban records remain current.
  • Train and support team members in inventory procedures and system use.
  • Engage in root cause analysis for recurring inventory issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in manufacturing inventory environments.
  • Proficiency in INFOR and Netstock.
  • Strong leadership skills.
