ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to lead and transform our office services to new heights? We're seeking a dynamic and driven Office Services Team Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimising our operations. If you're a proactive, friendly, customer-focused professional, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Identify cost-effective mail and courier solutions
- Coordinate mail sorting and dispatch
- Account Management office stationery, print and merchandise supplies
- Oversee on/off-site storage logistics
- Handle budgeting, forecasting and invoicing tasks

ABOUT YOU
This role would ideally suit an individual who is ready to take charge and lead a small dynamic team to excellence, while driving efficiency in office services. To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Prior supervisory/leadership experience in office services environment
- Overseeing procedures and processes for efficiency
- Skilled in scheduling work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to
- Knowledge of printing, stationery, and storage management
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to adapt to change, use initiative and learn new systems
- Physically fit as manual handling required
