Position Title**:Clinical Learning Partner

Purpose

This role requires someone with extensive, varied clinical experience who is passionate about learning and education, thinks outside the box, builds strong relationships, will lean in to all aspects of project management and enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team. This role has the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders and be part of transforming how we think about learning and education at Healthscope.

Key Accountabilities

Improve Experiences:

- Define our centralised clinical curriculum in consultation with Education teams at site
- Define learning pathways including identifying learner profiles (e.g. Perioperative), forming an integrated view of the various clinical training that is and should be on offer across the organisation
- Review the current clinical mandatory training and work with SMEs and content owners to update as required

Grow our Business:

- Design a suite of prioritised clinical learning initiatives to meet the future nursing demand and future of work
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop career pathways programs that attract and retain people
- Promote and facilitate strategies to support lifelong learning within nursing and midwifery practice
- Track, measure and report on the change, and track benefits.

Capabilities for Success
- **Curriculum Management - **Define, design and maintain the clinical learning curriculum, in line with the Healthscope Learning Strategy
- **Content Management - **Working with content owners and SMEs, oversee the end-to-end definition, design, development, delivery and evaluations of learning programs, partnering with third party vendors where appropriate
- **Vendor Management - **Confirm project plans and budgets upfront with vendors, agreeing on quality outcomes and ensuring delivery to expectations
- **Learning Evaluation and Continuous Improvement - **Gather valid program insights and actionable data to determine continuous improvement opportunities across the clinical curriculum
- **Stakeholder Engagement - **Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders to support the development of programs and influence change
- **Self-Leadership (no direct reports) -** Accountable for individual compliance with company values, policies and procedures and all applicable external laws and regulations

Experience for Success
- A breadth of experience in a clinical environment, with deep experience and expertise in a relevant specialisation
- Hospital education experience, including the development of learning content, administration of learning processes and managing a clinical curriculum
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders to develop differentiated solutions and influence positive change
- Measurement of success through development and delivery of regular reporting/data analysis
- Development of content using design or eLearning authoring tools (desirable)

Qualifications for Success

Mandatory:

- Bachelor in related clinical discipline

Desirable:

- Post-Graduate qualification in education
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
