We're looking for a Learning Partner to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (0.5 FTE). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and ever-evolving environment, has a strong background in stakeholder and project management, and is passionate about enabling people through learning.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Partner with leaders across the Liquor division to identify learning needs and translate business strategy into effective capability uplift initiatives
- Design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that enhance team capability, performance and engagement
- Lead and contribute to key learning projects and initiatives across the broader Capability function
- Work closely with SMEs and external vendors to co-create fit-for-purpose learning experiences
- Build strong and trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder group, influencing and coaching leaders on best-practice learning and development
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in learning design, delivery and evaluation

**What you'll bring**:

- Demonstrated experience as a learning business partner or capability consultant in a complex, matrixed organisation
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, delivering outcomes on time and within scope
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience designing and implementing learning solutions across a range of formats (digital, blended, workshops, etc.)
- An understanding of retail and/or operational environments is highly desirable
- A growth mindset, strong commercial acumen, and passion for capability development
