
Receptionist/Admin Officer

We are a cleaning company based in Hornsby.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist/ admin assistant to join us on a part time basis with the view to transition to full time.
Working hours for this position are 8.30 am to 12 pm and 12 pm to 5pm
**Duties include but not limited to**:
- Duties include but not limited to
- inbound and outbound calls
- sending quotes
- liaising with customers
- booking jobs
- managing cleaners schedules
- basic bookkeeping
- sending invoices/ processing payments
- ordering supplies
- managing subcontractors
**Successful applicant will receive**
- full training and onboarding
- above award pay
- weekly payment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.36 - $35.46 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
