Overview
Service Technician role at Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation. This opportunity is based across Geelong and the Western suburbs of Melbourne, with exposure to in-house product training including Chillers and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Responsibilities
Routine troubleshooting
Testing, repairs and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment
Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution
Maintaining high standards of quality and delivery excellence while exceeding customer service expectations
Involvement in growing sales, increasing market share and the company's net profitability
Requirements
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are proactive, professional, punctual, well presented and possess a can-do attitude.
As a Minimum You Must Have
A high level of communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence
Current and valid Australian driver's licence
Nice to have: Training/experience from OEM highly regarded.
