We are building a world-class live sports ad program that benefits our customers, advertisers and league partners with unique, never-been-done-before ad experiences.

The OTT Activation Manager will work closely with the Campaign Services, Sales, Finance, Production Teams team to ensure successful execution of Ad Sales revenue and on-air broadcast schedules, and will report to the Director of Advertising Operations for Twitch and Prime Video Live Sports in APAC. They will be responsible for scheduling, trafficking and moderation of the campaigns and creatives to ensure it adheres to the ad policy.

Key job responsibilities
- Inventory: Manage inventory/avails, support bookings and manage bookings tracker
- Ad schedule: Manage ad schedule development and on-going mid-season management; and manage for Prime Live Sports frequency capping policy
- Creative management
- Ad clash management
- Partnering with the wider organisation to ensure all creative is delivered to the third-party production company
- Prime Live Sports creative policy compliance checks
- Billing/delivery reporting: Supporting Account Managers to confirm billing and distribute weekly reports to correct teams
- Non-typical office hours to support live events as needed
- Campaign / Creative management troubleshooting
- Understanding of the end to end broadcast chain
- Knowledge of break optimisation best practices
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements across APAC regulatory bodies
