The Role The Executive Business Partner (EBP) is a senior, strategic role that works hand-in-hand with the CEO to maximise his impact, ensure focus on the highest priorities, and enable the business to scale effectively.
The EBP provides operational leverage, drives alignment across the organisation, and ensures execution of strategic initiatives.
This role is part strategic operator, part project driver, and part trusted advisor.This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to have direct influence on the trajectory of an organisation making real social impact.
Key Responsibilities Act as trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, time, and strategic focusDrive cross-functional projects from idea to execution, ensuring follow-throughPrepare briefings, presentations, and high-level communications for the CEORepresent the CEO in meetings and forums when requiredDevelop and maintain business performance dashboards and KPIsOrchestrate leadership team cadence: ELT, SLT meetings, offsitesBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance execution and scale You Bring 5+ years' experience in executive support, Chief of Staff, or strategic operationsProven ability to partner with C-level executives in high-growth or complex environmentsStrong business and financial acumen; comfortable interpreting data and reportsEnd-to-end project and program management capabilityExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh EQ, discretion, and problem-solving mindsetAdvanced skills in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools Highly Desirable Start-up or scale-up experienceConsulting, finance, or corporate strategy backgroundKnowledge of NDIS, disability, healthcare, or human services Why This Role Matters You'll be the CEO's force multiplier-helping him focus on the priorities that drive scale and social impact.
