**The Position**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons and enhancing their experience venue at the event.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and cleanliness standards.
- Follow and comply with health and safety guidelines.

**The Person**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent service.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable energy.
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
