About us

Enhance support care is a growing team dedicated to providing NDIS services and ensuring all participants receive the quality care they deserve.

Due to current circumstances, we are now seeking to hire **experienced support workers to work with our dynamic, highly experienced teams**.

We are looking to hire a Young Female Disability Support Worker. DSW should be able to manage kids to get ready school drop off/Pick Up and should be outgoing and with bubby nature. Must keep kids busy in some activities. They must be experienced in providing personal care & community support to client with mental health experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strengthen client's capacity to manage and maintain their health and daily life needs
- Prompt client to carry out personal care tasks in a non-demanding way
- Support client in participating and engaging at home in daily tasks and the community
- Carry out domestic duties for clients including meal preparation, household management, bed making, dusting, laundry, etc.
- Assist the client in accessing community activities such as shopping, recreation, and leisure, and enable them to stay connected

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have experience providing personal care & community support to clients with mental health
- Must be tech-savvy
- Ability to learn new skills with the client
- Must have a positive attitude as well as a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Australian citizen or has the Right to Work in Australia
- Certificate III Individual Support or any other relevant course.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- Full Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Comprehensively insured car

- Hoppers Crossing VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
