**Spendless Shoes is one of Australia's largest shoe retailers with over 200 stores around Australia. We are looking for two IT Support Technicians to join our IT team in the National Support Centre.**

This role will see you providing first line support to our team members across the support centre and the store network.

There is a real focus on people, offering a supportive and positive environment where everyone is valued, and recognised.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first point of IT Support contact for all Spendless team members at any location.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to respective Manager.
- Log all incidents and service requests in Spendless' service desk system as a case.
- Prioritising and managing multiple open cases at one time.
- Completing assigned tickets within required timeframes.
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts to maximise equipment life.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners including mobile equipment.
- Demonstrate commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT department.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Recognised IT qualifications.
- Good communication skills, especially verbal for resolving store issues.
- Experience with diagnosing hardware issues.
- Basic understanding of networking topologies.
- Problem solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously.
- The ability to show initiative with new ideas and opportunities.

**Highly Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems.
- Active Directory and Azure.
- Windows 7 embedded and 10.
- Server 2012 - 2019.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Office 2016 through to Microsoft apps for business 365 (formerly Office 365).
- Experience with remote technical support.
