- We're on the lookout for a seasoned Centre Manager to join our team working on a dynamic new account, overseeing a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres located around Melbourne. You will be fully supported by our facilities, admin and finance teams in this highly rewarding and flexible role.

**Here's what you will focus on;**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centres efficiently and cost-effectively
- Safeguard and enhance the investment performance of each property
- Oversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance and rent reviews
- Prepare and manage cash flow budgets, including retail performance forecasting
- Conduct weekly site inspections and provide regular performance updates to the client
- Liaise with wider Retail PM team including Facilities, Finance and Administration
- Align policies and procedures with ownership objectives and tenant needs

**Here's what you'll need to succeed;**
- Proven experience in Centre Management within a retail environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A dynamic and adaptable approach to change
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Professional communication style and proactive mindset
- Current Driver's Licence and Real Estate Certificate (essential)
