**About the role**:
Reporting into the General Manager, Retail Operations, as Digital Product Owner - Origin App, you'll lead the evolution of the app and digital servicing experience to deliver outstanding customer experiences and increase digital engagement.

With the support of our Program Champions, you will have the freedom and responsibility to craft highly engaging digital experiences, propelling us toward our goal of becoming Australia's #1 digital retailer. This will involve crafting experiences within the Origin App and seamlessly integrating them into our core customer lifecycle, broader marketing and brand strategies, and operational processes for optimal success.

**Why this role matters**:

- Driving digital adoption: Developing strategies to encourage customers to engage with Origin digitally, including ensuring we have a strong go to market strategy for new features in market and across operations.
- Feature Prioritisation: Work closely with stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and ops support teams, to prioritise features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and timelines for the development and release of new features and improvements.
- User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that the Origin App and digital servicing experience deliver intuitive, engaging, and seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms.

**What will you bring?**
- Proven track-record of 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in the technology, energy, or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, user experience design principles, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify, analyse and articulate strong business cases.
- Experience in coordinating GTM (go to market) strategies to deliver digital features into customers' hands for usage and adoption.
