We are a long standing and successful manufacturing company based in the inner western suburbs.
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers and have an immediate vacancy for a motivated and results-driven Area Manager.
Join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence across Australia.
This role involves a blend of "in office" work along with travel to interstate locations on an intermittent basis (NSW/VIC/NT).
Job Description:As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in your assigned territories, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
You will work closely with our internal sales team, production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers via email, phone & in person.Maintain a sales call schedule.Generate and provide high levels of quotes & follow through with pipeline orders.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (desirable but not essential).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in manufacturing.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.We Offer:A competitive salary package and sales incentives program.Fully maintained vehicle as a tool of trade.Company tools plus credit card.If this sounds like your next role, please don't hesitate to apply as we may commence interviewing at any stage.
