Key Job Description:
The role involves leading the team in expanding our partner network across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the built environment and its ecosystem, along with excellent partnership-building skills.
About the Position:
As Partner Management Head, you will be responsible for growing our integration and technology partner business by identifying potential collaborators, onboarding them, and working closely with other teams to deliver joint solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans to grow our partner network
Establish relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
Identify new business opportunities and capitalize on them
Lead and develop a team of partner managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in partner or channel management, preferably within building automation, fire safety, or security domains
Strong knowledge of the built environment and its ecosystem
Able to build trust, think strategically, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to establish partnerships that scale
