**The opportunity**

The Regional and Outer Metropolitan division is focused on understanding the particular needs of regional communities across NSW and delivering customer-centred integrated transport services and infrastructure.

Right now, we have an **ongoing** **permanent full-time **opportunity for Road Worker Grade 4 to join us in the Regional Maintenance team based in **Goulburn, NSW**.

As a Concrete Finisher you will be required to carry out certain duties including but not limited to:

- maintenance of established pavements
- construction of new or enhanced pavements
- establishment and maintenance of roadside fixtures and signage
- establishment and maintenance of traffic signals and driver aid devices

**About you**

We're seeking a team player and experienced concrete finisher who can undertake a range of duties to support the efficient construction and maintenance of road infrastructure within NSW. You'll be confident, and highly capable operating major plant and have proven experience rectifying simple hazards without direction and reporting them accordingly. You will also:

- Be an excellent communicator and team player
- Experienced in general labouring
- Demonstrate responsibility for personal safety and safety of others in the workplace, and
- Possess a valid **Driver Licence** and **White Card**

You will be required to work outside normal working hours, and attend after hour's call-outs. You will be prepared to travel throughout the region when required which will be time away from home.

Whilst not essential a truck licence, or the ability to load plant on the back of truck/trailer would be highly desirable.

**Wage and Benefits**

The wage for this position is WCS $1,248.60
