Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team as a Road Worker. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment on various road projects.
About the Role:
This is a Fixed Term position until June 2025. We are looking for individuals who reside within a 50 km radius from the Goulburn Works depot, as they will be required to be on call when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Medium Rigid Vehicles and receive on-the-job training to safely operate as a TMA Driver.
- Carry out duties of a Road Worker Grade 3, including:
- Competently operating Light and Medium Rigid vehicles with a GVM of greater than 4.5 tonnes.
- Towing trailers rated for their vehicle's capacity.
- Operating a HIAB or similar truck-mounted crane.
- Performing general labor duties of a Road Worker Grade 3.
