Working within the Career Accelerator and Student Engagement team, the Communications and Engagement Assistant will assist in promoting Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and Career Development Learning (CDL) initiatives to students, aiming to increase participation, and encourage engagement.

**The Role**:
Assist with:

- Communications for undergrad, postgrad and MBA audiences
- The organisation of promotional materials including merchandise and event collateral.
- The promotion, administration, logistics, and delivery of events.
- The planning and delivery of communications projects.
- Creating artwork using Canva / Indesign / Adobe Illustrator.
- Social media strategy and engagement.
- Content creation.
- Provide a student voice to workstreams and ideation sessions.
- Align with and actively demonstrate the UNSW Values in Action: Our Behaviours and the UNSW Code of Conduct.
- Cooperate with all health and safety policies and procedures of the university and take all reasonable care to ensure that your actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of yourself or others.

**To apply**:

- Students are required to be in their penultimate or final year of study.
- Showcase some experience in communications and marketing, demonstrated through study and/or extra-curricular activity.
