Property Analyst at Vicinity Centres
Role purpose: The key purpose of the Property Analyst is to be responsible for monitoring, preparing, reporting and analytical review of property performance.
The role is responsible for producing property budgets and forecasts with a focus on maximising Net Property Income (NPI), managing debtors, reconciling monthly rentals and investigating variances, and assisting the centre team in the preparation of monthly outgoings.
What will you bring?
Extensive experience in management accounting, analysis and budgeting with outstanding commercial acumen.
Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail, high numeracy and analysis capability, problem solving skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance and CPA/CA qualification.
