**About the Role**

This is an entry into SaaS sales as the Online Account Executive position is a hybrid role combining selling to clients with 1-10 employees, qualifying opportunities for larger business clients who have over 11 employees (that you would introduce to other sales teams) and delivering exceptional customer service.
- This position is open to any location in Australia_

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to leads to identify if our products are suitable
- Host effective discovery sessions with your prospects
- Hold engaging demos relevant to the requirements of your prospects
- Negotiate pricing & prepare quotes
- Manage a pipeline of ongoing deals
- Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
- Upsell established customer accounts
- Follow up on enquiries generated by marketing programs
- Answer inbound calls, chats & tickets
- Generate qualified opportunities for organizations with over 11 employees
- Maintain specific customer satisfaction scores
- Achieve quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities & MRR

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record of closing sales
- Have strong written & verbal skills with professional business acumen
- Be detail oriented, organized, ethical & responsible
- Previous SaaS or cloud technology selling experience preferred but not essential
- Previous Salesforce/CRM experience preferred but not essential
- Previous inbound or outbound qualification experience preferred but not essential
